Making a decision is almost always better than making no decision
While you’re deliberating on a reversible decision, your team is waiting, problems are worsening, and you’re burning energy you’ll need later. For Type 2 decisions, standing still creates only anxiety. Action creates information you can learn from and adjust based on results.
Take Action: Next time you face a reversible decision, set a 5-minute timer. Make your best judgment when it goes off and move forward.
