Giving feedback isn’t a duel; it’s a dance. Shift from “You did X wrong” to “Let’s figure out how to improve X together.” Collaboration, not combat.

Feedback shouldn’t feel like a showdown. When you reframe issues as shared challenges, collaboration becomes easier. For example, “Let’s work on meeting deadlines” fosters teamwork more than “You’re always late.”
