Feedback only happens when YOU initiate it.
This is the gap most managers miss. You’ve mastered feedback personally, but your team waits for you to catch problems. Everything flows through you. But individual skill doesn’t equal organizational capability. You need systems where feedback flows naturally in all directions—not because you mandate it, but because culture makes it normal.
Take Action: Ask yourself: When feedback happens on my team, who initiates it? If the answer is “almost always me,” you have feedback dependency, not feedback culture.
