Don’t just recognize outcomes. Recognize the behaviors that create them.
If you want feedback culture, systematically recognize effective feedback when you see it. When someone coaches a peer, call it out specifically. Public recognition of feedback behaviors teaches everyone watching what culture looks like in action while rewarding the person who demonstrated it.
