This is so true, it takes concentration to make impact, especially on more challenging tasks, solutions etc. Sometimes this means spending longer time with your team or more time alone diving deep, simplifying etc
Exactly. I've heard it said that time is our most limited resource, but I think it's actually our attention that's most limited. We need to use it wisely.
