As a leader, it’s easy to fall into the trap of thinking that everything on your plate is equally important. But in reality, focusing on too many things at once dilutes your energy and makes it harder to accomplish your true goals. To avoid overwhelm, it’s essential to distinguish between what’s urgent and what’s genuinely important. Give yourself permission to say no to less critical tasks so you can fully commit to the ones that drive the most impact.
