October 2: Revisit and Revise
Regularly revisit goals in your 1:1 meetings and adjust as needed
Each meeting should begin by revisiting the goals discussed in previous sessions.
Reviewing previously set goals at the start of each 1:1 meeting helps track progress and keeps both parties accountable. It provides an opportunity to reflect on what has been accomplished, identify any roadblocks, and adjust goals as needed.
Take Action: At the beginning of your next 1:1, review the goals from the last meeting. Discuss what has been achieved, address any obstacles, and make adjustments if necessary. This practice ensures continuous progress and alignment.
