Great leaders know they can't do everything. Instead of trying to “collect” every task, meeting, or email that comes their way, they curate—focusing only on high-value work that drives results. Be selective with where you invest your time and energy.
Take Action: This week, challenge yourself to remove at least 20% of the tasks on your plate. Ask yourself: Does this move me closer to my main goals? If not, it’s time to let it go.
